Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem with my washing machine in a way that made sense and wasn't all technical speak. Pricing was fair and service was prompt.
My fridge was spraying water. Gilbert came out same day on a holiday, diagnosed the problem quickly and fix was done in a couple hours next day (parts shop was closed and he went to pick up first thing next morning, shut the water off in the meantime which I highly appreciated ?). Great service and pricing, would highly recommend!!!
The technician, Gilbert, was very timely and did a very good job of repairing my clothes dryer and refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend him and will use the company if the need arises in the future.
