Truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. John, our specialist, was skilled, thorough, professional and went above and beyond. Used for upholstery and carpet cleaning and I would highly recommend and will use again.
This is, at least, my second time having my carpet cleaned by Cosmopolitan and the second time John has cleaned it. He has done a phenomenal job getting my carpet and upholstery clean. There was a heavily soiled spot in the carpet that I never thought could be extracted. He did such a great job!!! I could barely find the spot after he cleaned it. KUDOS to an awesome job‼️

I called Cosmopolitan and I was able to drop it off in minutes after picking it up.
The cleaning brightened the color, made the fabric softer and smells like sunshine....
