I've done my taxes here for the last 4 years and had no issues on their end... I did had an issue with my taxes once but it was an employee from the IRS that made an error.. I recommend Acenett! she is really professional on this and she answers any questions you have. If you can't reach her through her phone you can actually reach her through Facebook and if she doesn't answer you on the spot she will answer you the same day she's always busy but she always answers any questions when ever you have them!
