After calling many MANY eye doctors to find a place that accepted our vision insurance I stumbled upon this office. I began talking to a gentleman named Joel who helped me tremendously for WEEKS to find an accepting provider for my husband and I. Up until a few days ago Joel was still calling me to make sure everything was working out with our insurance even though his office didn’t have the capability to treat my husbands eye condition. I’m very thankful I stumbled upon Joel and his office. 10/10 recommended in regards to the above and beyond customer service I was given even though we were unable to become this clinic’s patient. THANK YOU Joel!!

This was my best experience at a eye doctor in 20 years. I will most definitely be coming back. The owner is so friendly and personable. He made my daughter's glasses the same day and made mama and my kiddo very happy ? we will definitely be back.

TERRIBLE!!!! Joel is the only person working in the glasses department due to short staff. No one ever answers the phone or calls back (he even gave me his personal number!) and has been stringing me along for over 2 months when it should’ve only taken 2 weeks. I have been nothing but patient and all I’ve asked for is communication, but I don’t even get that. They need to STOP taking orders if they can’t fulfill the ones they already have. I am beyond pissed.
