From the moment my broken heart entered their doors, I was treated with the utmost compassion and kindness!My father passed away and he was the first family member I had to plan a funeral for. I had no clue where to start or what to do! Blakely warmly sat me down and asked what my dads name was and from that moment on she always called my dad by name. Blakely and the family at Boxwell could not have been more helpful, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and giving during a really tough time for my family. I've heard horror stories of being overcharged, duped, and tricked at funeral homes. This could not be further from my experience here. From the beginning, Blakely took the time to educate us, hear our stories, allow us to speak our wishes, and give us a very fair price. She went out of her way to make the entire process easy.
