Where to begin? If you’re moving to Texas and need to buy a house sight unseen, Katrina is your person!We met Katrina through our AZ realtor’s referral. We had a dream of selling our suburban home and getting a place with some land, and holy cow did she deliver. From our first conversation, I felt like we were in good hands. She told me about helping another couple relocate from out of state, and took the time to explain some nuances of Texas home buying, like fogged windows possibly indicating foundation issues. We looked at houses I’d admired, and once she had a feel for what we were looking for she did an excellent job of making recommendations.Katrina was always prompt in responding, and respected my stress levels as we were going through the process of packing up and moving. She gave honest, thorough reviews of properties we thought we’d love, but weren’t so great in person. And when we found our dream house on a 12-acre wooded lot with a view of Lake Texoma, she gave us calming, expert advice all the way through closing.When we finally met her on the day we saw our house for the first time (after driving three kids, three dogs, two trucks, an SUV and a U-Haul 1,000 miles across the country), I felt like I was connecting with an old friend. She knows Texas, she cares about people, and she brought lightness and levity to something that can be a challenging process.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
