We were so glad we called DFW ServiceMasters! After the heavy snow and freezing temps in Texas, our tankless water heater was shot and leaking water into the walls. I called dozens of plumbers who wanted exorbitant fees just to talk to me. Fortunately, Thomas at DFWSM picked up the phone right away and came out the same day to help. He was able to get things shut off before the unit thawed out, which singularly saved our home from flooding and catastrophe! He and his team were consummate professionals, and their work was better than anyone I've seen in our neighborhood.
