Wendy was very unprofessional on the phone, the site says 24hrs but no ones there until the next day which i’m assuming is so they can get more money, they’re all extremely rude, wendy said we needed to make an appointment and we waited 30 mins for said appointment just for the workers to come walking up with beer to open gate past our appointment time and they’re still not here. VERY VERY unprofessional, rude and not understanding at all. just money hungry.

?RATS RATS RATS RATS??The WORST vacation spot you can ever see.You arrive, they serve you from a super bad window, nothing professional for a business. You can't even see the faces of the grumpy old ladies. I don't know how they can have that staff, they talk to you very badly, very despotic and shouting as if maybe you want, otherwise the car stays here. They charge you for days when you didn't even know the car was there. So that you can't pay for it and so they can sell it. Be careful, go pick up your car from the moment you receive the first notice because you will already have a story.The worst experience.???02/11/2023

This place is trash!! My car got towed yesterday at 12 pm. Today they’re telling me it’s $900 to get it out. It’s a mustang and was towed less then 5 miles!!Service: Car towing
