Dr. East and his staff are outstanding, they take the time to explain why the pain exists and how they can alleviate the discomfort. The whole team from check in to check our have a genuine interest in my overall outcomes
Dr. East and his staff are Great. Im having a flare up with inflammation putting pressure on a nerve in my neck again. It causes great pain and numbness in my right arm. I’m almost 600 miles away from Addison, TX, but I was able to text Dr East with what’s going on. Tele-visit was scheduled, prescription called in, and I am already feeling some relief. His sensitivity and quick response to my issue is one reason he is such a Great Dr.Thank You Dr. John East and Staff for listening to me and helping me get relief for this issue.
