Staff was very friendly and helpful. They weren’t able to retrieve my vehicle because another company got to it first, but they worked with me on the cost and gave me advice to find the vehicle. I would definitely use them in the future.

I would highly recommend this service for anyone in need. David is a great man and went the extra mile to help me roll my car out of a parking garage to get it on his truck. I am grateful for all his help.

As a small business myself , I'm a stickler when it comes to excellent customer service! I must say Bales towing exceeded my expectations when I made the first phone call and spoke with Ms Amy and explained the correction drop off location. Her greeting was very friendly and I appreciate that! Then , I received a call from Mr David and he was just as pleasant as Ms Amy !
