First of all let me start off saying how pleased I am with Servpro. My first meeting was with Matthew Ulrich whom was extremely helpful in helping me deal with the situation at hand. Helene brought Devastation to downtown Newport two to three foot deep everyone was in dire need all the businesses were flooded I happened to reach out to a couple different people I'm not going to mention any name to the other companies but did decide to go with Servpro the price they gave me was 60% cheaper than the original quote and then upon finishing the job they charged me for time spent not for the quote that they gave me which is very admirable in my opinion. These people have been wonderful helping us at work during this devastating time. They have gone above and beyond just a cleaning team. I'm glad we've had the opportunity to work with them. Thanks Dawn for all your help and thanks to all those who worked with us throughout the aftermath of the flood at work. Ya'll are so awesome!!!
Servpro is an amazing franchise. I had a water job in my guest house and Servpro responded really fast and was super professional. Kenny was very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. Im thankful for the help Servpro gave me.
