Breathtaking views and Lem was as accommodating as could be! We couldn't be happier with the cottage and the accomodations. Daisy, their beautiful horse was a plus in my book. Such a sweet soul. The massage was AMAZING & I highly recommend.
As my week stay comes to an end, I wanted to share my experience. Lem and his family have provided an unmatched experience. The breathtaking view, the clean cottages, the darling grounds with all kinds of amenities is top tier. It’s great for a solo traveler, couples or a family with children. I came here to grow in my faith and am leaving with an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Lem. Many blessings to you and your family.

This place lives up to it's name! And if I could give 10 stars for service, I would. What an amazing view and unique experience. You feel just like family visiting family here. Love it and will definitely recommend and be coming back.

Unforgettable View - Our Hidden Gem at The Smoky MountainsUnforgettable View in Wears Valley is our family's perfect getaway - a place where city noises turn into whispers, and everyday stress melts away. The view here is like a beautiful painting come to life, capturing our hearts every time. The property is a treat for the eyes and the soul. The kids love splashing around in the pool, a clear blue gem in the heart of the landscape. For the adults, there's a cozy gazebo offering massages that work like magic, melting away our worries. Each cottage is a home away from home, offering comfort in every corner. The jacuzzi tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The friendly mare, the playful bunnies, and the fish in the pond all add to the charm of the place, making it feel like a real-life fairy tale.Just a hop away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and a quick drive to all the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, the location couldn't be better. To put it simply, Unforgettable View is our happy place. It's a mix of fun, relaxation, and breathtaking nature. Each visit leaves us with beautiful memories and a longing to return. If you're looking for a place that has it all, this is it.

We stayed in the Old Mill Room in the main building. Charming, quaint, clean, and just what we were looking for! Peak fall beauty! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had free roam of the 3 gorgeous acres. See my photos of the property and you will see for yourself! Wears Valley is beyond beautiful, and so close to Cades Cove. Hated to leave and would certainly stay here again!

This place is a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found Unforgettable View Inn & Spa and will be sure to plan a trip again some time in the future!I stayed in a cottage for a week from Saturday to Saturday which was enough time to relax, explore the surrounding towns and nature and hike a bit. The location is perfect. The Smoky Mt Ntnl park is easily accessible from the inn. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Lem and the cottage smelled wonderful. The music in the background, along with chocolates and fresh flowers gave it a nice ambiance. It’s a great place for a getaway. There was a lovely jacuzzi tub which I used at the end of every day for baths. The view from the room is breathtaking and relaxing morning and evening. I had two therapeutic massages during my week stay which were phenomenal and truly some of the best I’ve had.I liked that the service at the inn was tailored to my needs. I was low maintenance and brought many of my own supplies from home just out of comfort. There’s a microwave, small fridge and small hot plate range in the cottage with some dishes and silverware. I brought my own can opener, small cutting board, a pot and some storage containers. I also had access to the main kitchen and was able to get butter and yogurt from the breakfast bar area. I made some pasta with marinara sauce the first night and brought a small cooler with salad and beverages. I was able to do some very light food prep and cooking throughout the week. A short drive into Townsend I found a grocery store there so in hindsight I’ll probably wait till I get there to get the food supplies next time.Lem proactively offered to replenish my towels and bedding halfway through the week. I brought some of my own towels from home so I didn’t need anything but appreciated the attentive service. Overall, they were very hospitable hosts. I treated it like going to stay at a cabin for a week and tried to anticipate any extras I might need or want while I was away from home. I road-tripped there so I had plenty of room in my car to bring some comforts from home.I also ate at Elvira’s Cafe down the road once for breakfast and once for lunch. The food was very good with friendly service. It’s really a nice little area tucked away there.Lots of sightseeing to do in this area. Lem helped me figure out some casual hiking spots. I did Cade’s Cove and a few trails upon his suggestion to some of the waterfalls. What to expect? I think this is a great place for anyone who wants to get away from city life, go exploring and enjoy nature with a little bit of pampering mixed in. If you’re mindful this is a small, sweet family owned business and kind of have that mindset to enjoy the simplicity of being a guest at a quaint country B&B that feels a little like staying with your favorite relatives in an awe-inspiring setting rather than some 4 star commercial hotel where you might have all the perfect amenities but none of the heart and soul of this place, you’ll probably enjoy yourself and your stay a lot more. I know I did and will be back when I can!
