April is amazing! I wish that I had known what set them apart from other barbers all along. The hot towels, ear, brow and nose waxing, shoulder and scalp massage. Incredible service and a bargain for what they charge. I regret that my hair only grows fast enough to go every other week.

ReviewStopped in here for the first time today for a beard trim. I’m wary and picky of letting anyone mess with my beard because every barber I’ve ever let do it has given me something different than what I wanted. Today was different!Amber was awesome, intuitive and patient. She listened to what I wanted, took her time, and asked along the way for feedback and made adjustments as she went! Great experience, and you can even have a beer while you wait (which wasn’t even long). This was my first time in Pigeon Forge and needed a haircut. I looked up best barber shops in the area, and Razor & Strop was at the top of the list. It did not disappoint! I had a booking with Amber. She was very pleasant and did a great job on my haircut. Both ladies were very accommodating, and even had entertainment for my boys. Getting a hot steam towel on your face as your getting your hair washed was amazing! I will always use this barber shop when I am in the area
