Hanson Steamway is a great business. Mr. Hanson and his staff are polite, professional people who make you feel like you’re their most valued customer. I have been sending my silk rugs to them about every other year for 6 years. They do an exceptional job cleaning them. I don’t ever have to worry about damage or shrinkage because they know how to clean delicate fabrics.

They were kind and friendly, quick response to schedule, appointment was within a few days from my call, prompt and equipped, and they did an excellent job! Very affordable as well!
