I had a leaky shower knob and shower head, as well as some issues I wanted to have checked out. Rick was very responsive, very competent, and explained the picks process I could understand (I'll be honest, I don't know a thing about plumbing other than basics). Had a random mystery leak, they found it! Turned out it was just a loose bolt and bowl wasn't lined up right. They fixed it free of charge, where most companies would have charged $55 or more to tighten down a bolt.Service: Toilet repair
