Needed a 5 digit antique safe opened, scheduled an appointment, wanted it done before the weekend if possible and they showed up promptly on a Friday morning and squeezed me in despite a busy schedule. Apparently the lock was too worn being well over 100 years old now, so they unfortunately could not get the code dialing like it should, but that was a design flaw I feel and something I fixed myself with a little bit of machining. Overall I was very happy with the service, fee seemed competitive and they were the only ones who it seemed would make the time for me. Highly recommend if you need safe work, they sure helped me out.

Locked keys in van in a job site. Called Faith, left a message. Received a call back within a few minutes . Rich was so courteous and professional . Have me a quote and a eta. Price was lower than quote and Jeff arrived just when he said he would . Great customer service!

My daughter locked herself out of the house when I was not home - called and the locksmith was in Franklin, but gave me an ETA and really got to our house in a timely mannerly. Would highly recommend/
