Very disappointed with the way the insurance was handled. Since the claim was filed incorrectly, they have refiled and part of the bill has been paid but still waiting for Medicare to pay another portion. Meanwhile my eyes are getting worse and I need surgery on both eyes but office staff at Loden say they will not schedule or do any more procedures until remainder of bill is paid in full. I have no complaint with Dr. Bailey, I really liked him. My complaint is with insurance being filed incorrectly and my never receiving a bill until January of this year (7 months later).
