I did not really understand what this encompassed. Geoff was the Service man who came to assist me. He went out of his way to put me at ease and showed me courtesy and respect. He educated me through the process explaining what was needed and why. He was very professional and thorough. This is gonna be a two day job and he explained why that was going to happen. we had an unexcepted demise of a boiler water heater that was providing hot water for 100 apartments. We had bids from $40,000 to $60,000 to replace the failed boiler. Holt did the job for $19,900. Plus, it was fast (important as we had 100 angry and stinky tenants) and Holt lived up to their proposed schedule.
