I personally love this Ulta verses anyone in the surrounding area. Overall, a FANTASTIC employee energy, all very kind, helpful, considerate, and love their customers.I really wanna give a shout-out to Bailey Story, who is at the Benefit brow bar! She's absolutely the BEST hands down! I highly recommend her for all of your eyebrow needs. She does such amazing work and really takes the time to talk and get to know her clients in the process of making you comfortable in her chair. I've been seeing her for probably over a year now and I couldn't recommend her enough!

The customer service was excellent. ? I got my 2nd ear piercing here, and the employee who did it for was Tierra. She was super nice and patient with me even when I was indecisive. She was very professional and did an excellent job. So if you're thinking about getting piercings, go here and ask for Tierra.

Bailey has done my brow tint several times now, and I've had a great experience each time. Having over- plucked when I was younger, I have been very pleased with the natural looking results.
