We highly recommend Tove Gunnarson for your real estate needs. She is very knowledgable about the Nashville area, the real estate market and the selling/buying process. She is thorough and dependable without being pushy. We decided to rent when we first moved to the area and over three years she was available and provided us with info until we found the exact property we wanted. The closing was delayed due to the seller and Covid issues but she was patient and walked us through the process. Thank you for everything Tove. Highly recommend!
