If I could give this company zero stars I would. We called them since they built the porch in 2013- however 12 years later when we called for the porch to be repainted, stained and rescreened they were a disappointment. First they kept changing the appointment to come out and repair the porch. Then they sent someone out to look at the porch - if I had not seen him on the porch I doubt he would have knocked on the door to discuss the repairs with me. Then after another cancellation they did come and rescreen- but they did not rescreen all the screens. Also they only fixed a few boards but did not fix and replace them all. Nor did they stain the outside boards- this porch is 20ft off the ground how are we suppose to stain them? I would not recommend this company at all- there are many porch companies out in Nashville- don’t use this one, as they do not follow up on their work.

If you want a quality and custom built beautiful porch then use the porch company. They are worth every dollar and the whole process was so easy as everything was taken care of from start to finish. I really appreciated that they concentrated fully on building my porch and didn’t try and juggle multiple jobs. The porch company has their own crew who were fantastic and took great pride in their work. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the porch company. Thank you!

Our Porch Company experience was amazing. From our first meeting, we knew we found the perfect company to build our dream screened porch and deck. Everyone we worked with was so pleasant, accountable, and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend The Porch Company. Let them help you design and build the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. We don’t even sit in our house anymore!! I wish we needed more porches, we would hire them over and over! ?
