Charged me 150 just to meet Mr. White. after that I was told they'd reach out when they were ready to continue preparation. waited 2 months before hearing anything. I emailed with questions and had no response. Forward to now when taxes are due tomorrow. I learned 2 days ago what I owe. When we had never discussed deductions and he made no attempt whatsoever to reach out. The last email I received was him saying it's my fault; That I was the one taking too much time; and that he doesn't care. Their website says more than numbers but that's a total lie. now I have to pay him to file an extension just so I can get someone to help me finish them correctly. Costing me time...read full review
