The Greathouse Company

We have been long time clients of the Greathouse Company. They always deliver on keeping our yard tidy and beautiful week to week. We have been very pleased also working with them on larger scale landscape planning and installations. Everyone I’ve worked with at the company is knowledgable, very kind, and they clearly have a passion for and pride in their work. They’ve really built a wonderful team!
Where I truly was blown away was this week during Nashville’s devastating ice storm. Our account manager, Debbie, (who has always gone above and beyond for us and I’m so grateful to partner with her!!) texted me the morning all of nashville woke up to trees down and no power asking about the status of our trees and yard. I gave her the update and she immediately put in a request for clean up. We were away without power for almost 6 days but when we returned we not only returned to a warm house but the aftermath outside had already been taken care of by the hardworking Greathouse team. We will be forever grateful for their care and swift response in a time of great need.

During the ice storm, Mario ventured out to turn off our water (and several other neighbors) at the street. Couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond!

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend anyone considering Greathouse for their landscaping to look elsewhere. Low quality work. Poor communication. Incomplete warranty work.

Th leaf blower in Spring Hill blew stuff all over my vehicle and I can't get an answer at this company to address the situation. When I tried to speak to the man about blowing it toward an empty spot instead of all over my car he said park somewhere else on Tuesday. I was at a Dr appt and was parked there before they started blowing stuff. Now my car is covered in dust and it was just cleaned. I would never do this to anyone's car so please think twice before hiring them to landscape your business.

Greathouse has taken over the snow removal for our very hilly neighborhood. They did a fantastic job communicating (shout out to ADAM!) pretreating and clearing the roads! Never so excited to see pavement!! Thank you!!
