About Nashville Orthopedic Massage
Nashville Orthopedic Massage (NOM) offers a proactive and preventative approach to wellness, utilizing the power of therapeutic manual therapy and assessment to meet the goals of their patients. The practice listens to and understands the individual's needs, initiating the healing process through various treatment modalities, including Structural Integration, Myofascial, Connective Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular "Trigger Point" Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral, Cupping, and Graston Technique. Clients praise the thorough assessments, vast knowledge of the human body, and the ability to address long-standing issues, describing the experience as "corrective therapeutic bodywork" that sets NOM apart from a typical massage. The skilled practitioners aim to help clients move freely again without relying on painkillers or expensive procedures, often providing "homework" to maintain the achieved improvements. Clients describe NOM as the place to go for proactive prevention, where they learn about their body's overall function. The practitioners, like Lewis, are praised for their commitment, dedication, and exceptional knowledge, helping clients address their concerns and unwind years of stress.
Sarah was amazing! The massage was relaxing and felt great. Sarah was super kind and very knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be back! :)
Sarah B was exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable! Went above and beyond to provide postpartum resources! You can tell that she loves what she does!
If you are pregnant you need to book a prenatal massage or package ASAP! I went and saw Sarah at 38 weeks pregnant for a prenatal massage. It was my first massage all of pregnancy and I cannot believe I haven't been getting them the whole time. She has a very comfortable pregnancy table set up for your growing body and the massage is very effective and made my body feel so open and light afterwards. If I could go back I would have gone earlier as it is so good for your body in preparation for birth AND Sarah is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pregnancy/birth and she was so kind in answering all the questions I had for her!
