I have appreciated Angela's push to get me out of my deep ruts and try new things, push myself toward improved strength and flexibility, and look at life more wholistically. I am more aware of unhealthy coping habits when they start to creep in and can address them at the root. She has taught and pushed me to try new things! There are workouts I love, some I do because they're good for me, and others that I'm happy to never do again, but it has all been GOOD.
God bless this woman - I am healed of my chronic pain thanks to Angela and know how to keep it that way. I’m an extreme case of a musician who uses the computer and sits for extended periods of time with audio engineering. First off, we hit it off immediately as musicians. She listened, related, and started me with easy stretches/exercises, then we slowly worked up.

I had pain in my shoulder and back while playing the fiddle. After just one session, I can play pain free. I am stronger, with greater flexibility. I was given a detailed, easy to follow, thorough, plan for warmups before playing as well as a daily work out that were designed specifically for me!!!!! Angela is so tender & kind, so accommodating. All musicians would benefit from her expertise.
