I realized my prescription ran out Saturday night. I needed my medication Sunday, I went to the clinic, was there for maximum 60 minutes, and got my prescription same day on a Sunday. On top of that, the staff was extremely respectful and kind.

My daughter went to the clinic to take tests ordered by her PCP, one of which was a urine test. She asked to get a bottle for the test because she needed to use the restroom. She was told by 3 women there in the front that she couldn’t do it until they called her back. My daughter waited for 20+ minutes in pain and when she was finally called back, the employee in the back said that the front desk had not notified her or that at all. Due to her medical issue and her current health status, her PCP told her to be sure and not hold urine. Just left the clinic & the care provided was GREAT. The front desk staff opened exactly on time & was kind, professional & articulate. Luke Matlock came out quickly & addressed the issue well & efficiently.
