I didn’t have much experience with hot yoga before coming to Hot Yoga Nashville but I was welcomed with open arms. The teachers, classes and atmosphere are all superb. I highly recommend anyone check it out whether you’re a beginner or advanced yogi!
Hot Yoga Nashville has the best and most qualified Bikram Yoga/ Hot Yoga Teachers you will find in Nashville. It’s a beautiful yoga school. I love visiting it always. Yoga ShapeShifting and True Bikram Yoga… YES! The Owner Emily Weinberg is a caring compassionate and highly detailed Yoga Teacher and Yoga School owner. You will learn so much from her if you are willing. Her community is real people practicing beautifully together... You will feel a part of something magical and inspiring at Hot Yoga Nashville
Stopped in from out of town and Emily was wonderful! Kind, welcoming and guided us through the class like we had been there before. Others who joined the class were welcoming and it didn’t feel like we were strangers. Will come back when we visit Nashville! Totally worth the time!
