Our sales rep Jacob was wonderful to work with. After State Farm denied our claim, Jacob took tons of pictures showing hail damage everywhere to fight State Farm. A new storm disaster team field adjustor came out, approved complete replacement on our house & 1800 sq ft shop! A few days later, the shingle delivery arrived, and next morning the roofing crew was on-site at 7am, covering all our plants with tarps. One side had my heirloom rose garden - they handed down the old shingle strips a piece at a time and threw them directly into their trailer. Not one Petal or branch was lost!! Russell Jones was very professional and honest. The crew with Antonio as the lead were efficient, worked clean and fast! From stripping all of the old shingles and underlayment to new membrane and shingles and clean up, they took right at 6 hours. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward and would use them again in a heartbeat.Services: Roof inspection
