Kyle came to my home today and absolutely SLAYED a wasp infestation in my chimney! There were hundreds of them coming out after he applied the chemicals and he diligently smashed every single one of them while I intermittently shrieked in the background. A++++ THANK YOU KYLE!!!! Update: Jess, in the office and who I also spoke to today to set up my new service (after firing my other company), was fantastic as well! 15/10 would recommend :-)Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
I'm back to update my review to 50 stars. This whole company is incredible. Amanda provided great service with excellent communication. Now let's chat about Cansin and his exceptional service! Kind, thorough and my fave part is he not only gets the job done, but takes the time to educate us on the bugs we're trying to treat. It really feels like a team approach to solving the pest problem! Most recently we also had a great experience with Jake (not from State Farm) who was not only thorough but very kind and helpful and listened to my ant report intently (even though it was probably a snoozer). Love love love Thrive!
I’ve been pleased with service from Thrive. Our technician, Cansin, is always good to let me know when he anticipates arriving and the company is great about rescheduling when needed as well as additional services needed in between quarterly visits.Services: Spider extermination
