They showed up as scheduled and on time, they completed the work they quoted and as promised. Communication was good. Seems simple, but rare in these days of poor customer service. Thank you Northwest Exterminators.

I just had someone move out of my property and they left roaches behind. I called in asking for info, quality of the extermination process, how likely it was that the service would work after one visit. They came out and worked on the house. I went to take a look 2 days later and nothing. I didn’t see one single roach. Also, part of the service was that they come out the first time and do what they need to do, but then they came back 2 more times after that to make sure that the service worked. If for whatever reason I do see roaches again, I just have to call them and they’ll be back out. Everything has been great so far. Haven’t seen anything.
