I got estimates from three contractors for my crawlspace. One was too pricey, and the other was no good. CJ Crawl Space not only identified the issues correctly but also gave me a professional estimate that was way less than the other guy. Drew and his crew were on time, polite, and did the crawl space repair work in two days, just like they promised. They're so good that, even though I usually don't write reviews, their excellent service made me want to share.
I needed insulation and encapsulation for my shore house crawlspace, which had a dirt floor beneath and a washing machine and sink above. Worried about freezing pipes and cold floors, I called CJ Crawl Space, recommended by a close friend. I called the office on a Friday, and Drew showed up on Saturday, prompt and professional. He gave me an estimate and an approximate time for scheduling my job. Jess showed up on the day the job was to begin and completed the crawlspace within one day. Can't say enough about this team. I totally recommend Drew and CJ Crawl Space for any crawlspace encapsulation/insulation job you require.
This team worked really hard to make my crawl space insulation amazing! They removed old substandard insulation and a damaged vapor barrier, cleaned and disinfected the whole crawl space, sealed it against rodent invasions, and then insulated to code every square inch of anything that could be insulated! Now, my crawl space is really a "crawl" space.
