Corey Bryant from Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air and Electrical was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them with patience and kindness. He made sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. As someone new to Cordova, TN, it's been wonderful to find a company I can trust. In fact everyone has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hayden did a great job, and was very helpful in explaining options and the benefits of each. The Tim Ferguson company stands behind their work and we will call on them for our future AC work.
We called today for an AC that wasn’t blowing any cold air. Roger came right away and got our AC working. He was wonderful and we are excited to use this company in the future!
Update: Just had Corey out for our annul electrical check and he was wonderful! Very professional, honest, and thorough!
