This were my first time going to this braid shop and yes they did an excellent job on my head. My braids are so neat and cute. I got small knotless braids and it took them 4 hours. Three ladies work on my head and got me out the door. Yep this will be my new spot for getting braids.

I went for the second time on this Wednesday as a walk in. The owner aicha got straight doing my hair. My problem is the front and around the edges look good, but she got tired and lazy doing the back. Some of my braids are too big for micros . And the attitude and poor customer service came when I went back Friday for her to fix it and she saw and is aware of what she done wrong , a couple of them is already coming down. Her response was to come back Monday for her to fix it . You don’t make customers that already paid to wait for something that’s your fault .
