Rakeem arrived on time (1300) and after letting us know he was in the area, began a complete perimeter soak. He even found an abandoned mud dobber hive on the exterior brick wall which he knocked down.

We were VERY happy with our technician, LaMarcus. He was knowledgeable, explained to us what he was going to do and he was nice, courteous and professional. In this day and age, it was so nice to deal with someone with actual manners. Out of 10, I would give him an 11.
