We were VERY happy with our technician, LaMarcus. He was knowledgeable, explained to us what he was going to do and he was nice, courteous and professional. In this day and age, it was so nice to deal with someone with actual manners. Out of 10, I would give him an 11.

What a wonderful professional employee! He was exceptional in his customer service and paid close attention to every square inch of our home. He was very knowledgeable about pests and answered all of my questions!

Our guy always goes out of his way to answer questions. Does his job in an efficient manner. Leaves our floors clean. Ask about bugs that we have seen in the house and changes what he sprays if needed.Service: General pest inspection
