From the first phone call to picking up the death certificate, I felt like I was being treated with respect and dignity. Miss Heather and Mr. Mike were very patient with us, and answered all of our questions. They helped us arrange an out of state transfer and funeral.

Emily assisted me in a most caring, knowledgeable way. I was distraught, and I truly appreciated her patience. If I have anything thing negative to say, it would be that the first obituary that was published was horrific. It simply had to be published by accident. I doubt Memphis Funeral Home had any way to know, but I wish I had been prepared for the cost of opening the grave, tent and chairs. Since my husband pre-arranged and pre-paid for his funeral, I thought everything was covered except the flowers. That was an huge expense I was unprepared for. Again, my gratitude to Emily.

Everyone at Dignity Memorial and Memphis Funeral Home has been wonderful, in trying times. Our parents set up their end-of-life plans many years ahead of time, and we were so grateful to them and the facility for making the process easy. The staff are caring and compassionate, and very responsive. A positive experience when it could have been otherwise. We appreciate it.
