Please don’t believe any of the reviews unless they are 1 star. He told me he would come by on a Monday. I call 2x Monday no answer. He called me Tuesday like nothing happened. He mid diagnosed what was wrong with my AC and was extremely rude and in reliable. If you want any type of customer service please stay away from this business!!!

I’ll start by saying I contacted Johnathan solely because of the highly rated and complimentary reviews as far as his expertise and mannerism. Unfortunately, I did not receive that experience. I texted Johnathan at 5am inquiring about him being able to fix my fridge and freezer, and I also sent pics of it since I didn’t know the model. I didn’t expect any communication back right away due to it being so early in the morning. I called at 8:30am due to hearing nothing back from him and his response to me let me know that he saw my message because he referenced my location. I thought that was a red flag because why not respond to my message when you saw it but I was also aware he could’ve been busy so I didn’t hold that against him. Johnathan told me he’d be at my place around 3pm or 4pm. He never showed up nor did he say that he was running late or needed to reschedule. HE SAID NOTHING! I was still trying to give him grace and called him at 4:30pm in which the phone rang and went to voicemail. I went a step further and stayed at my new place until 5pm just in case he showed up. He didn’t. I still have yet to hear anything from him. Personally, I don’t care to hear anything at this point because the damage is done; professionally, I expect a response for the bad business practices. Johnathan showed no concern for my time, and I was actually very busy yesterday, on top of him having beyond poor communication. Solely from my experience, I wouldn’t advise anyone to attempt to do business with him.

Johnathan is very polite and kind. He explains everything in full details so you’ll understand what he’s doing. His service is amazing. He’s always on time and communicates if he is running behind. Definitely worth hiring!!

The best! I called Johnathon yesterday and he answered right away and set me up for this morning. He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, came in and fixed my dryer in record time. I have a full day today and he did not disappoint. He was in and out, did a very thorough job, and was professional and kind. 1 year warranty as well! 10/10 recommend. He will be our fix it guy for anything in the future. Call him, you will not be disappointed.
