Bobby was awesome! He is very light handed I hardly felt that I was getting a tattoo! My best friend got a tattoo on his face and head and it was virtually pain free! Great line work and they were very personable! Next tattoo I get I’ll be driving the 4 hours to Memphis just to hit up Bobby! Oh and the prices were great!!Service: Tattoos

**LONG REVIEW**
My husband and I came in on my birthday October 5th to get matching tattoos for my 25th. We walked in when they opened and were pointed to a man named Michael who also goes by Polar Bear 😒
We walked in right after they opened and showed him what we wanted. He basically refused to do the ribbons on our pinkies in red and absolutely refused to go around the whole circumference of them.
Then he proceeded to take almost 3 hours to draw them up. Took several bathroom, smoke and talk breaks through the entire process and we didn't walk out until 3am. The line work is less than satisfactory and colors are mixed where they shouldn't be. A few lines are blown out and he didn't even go deep enough for the ink to stick in our pinkies.
My husband went back to have his matching Indian fixed and a spiderweb on his elbow from years ago fixed up and to our horror Polar Bear really screwed up my husband's elbow. He put shading that my husband didn't ask for and where my husband asked for a trippy zombie eye in the middle, well you can't even tell what it's really supposed to be. He couldn't extend his arm for 2 days afterward and had to deal with a minor infection during the healing process due to the improper tattooing of this man. Not only did he not give my husband what he asked for, he physically harmed him and now we have to pay another artist to fix what he did. And on top of it all he was DRINKING ON THE JOB!! IF YOU GO HERE DO NOT LET MICHAEL A.K.A POLAR BEAR TATTOO YOU! 😡🤬

My favorite tattoo shop! My homie, friend, bud, and just all around talented tattoo artist Polarbear who I've been getting tatted since 2001 works there! These guys are super cool super talented! I've had my newphew, niece and daughter get their first tats there!

I finally found my artist I’ve been searching for. I walked in to illmatic and this guy polar greeted me. Instantly I knew he was down to earth and funny as hell so I made my appointment and 2 days later I got the best tat I could’ve imagined. But it was so much better then what i expected.
