I first try diy. I just visited their shop and got what I needed in reasonable price.The gentleman took time and found the parts. It exactly replaced my old broken shower faucet cartridge.None of the big box store had it... searched almost everywhere. I am thankful to the store and people there, saving me $$. This will now be my first store to go for plumbing parts.
