Fred Remmers took great care of the oriental rugs I brought in and provided amazing customer service. My rugs were passed down to me and were sorely in need of thorough washing and repair. I truly thought they couldn't be saved, but the staff assured me they would do their best. I couldn't believe how well the rugs turned out! They even got out the odors, which I thought would be impossible. The craftsmanship on the repairs is outstanding; you would not even know that they had had additional work done to them. I purchased a rug at an estate sale and had it taking up the majority of my car. They told me to come over right away to drop it off. They did a full evaluation of the rug. In a week the rug was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. They delivered it to my house, and placed it exactly where I asked. The price was very reasonable for the impeccable work that was done. Everyone I spoke with was so nice, I will not take my rugs anywhere else in the future.
