My mother was buried in the cemetery in EP Blvd July 2025 and I am sad to say that I will have to deal with this company for my father and two other family members as they bought plots there. As many have stated already, my family did not receive return calls despite multiple family members calling to have questions answered. The staff was rude and short whenever I was able to speak to someone. So I hope we have a better experience in the future because I am stuck with this company as I have multiple family members buried there. They have told my sister that we have to buy their vaults and headstones which seems completely incorrect to me. I do not recommend this location...read full review
I would like to commend the great staff for all the help they gave me. I just discovered who my great grandparents were and they are buried in the Memorial Park cemetery on Elvis Presley Blvd. in Memphis Tennessee now was provided with a map of the location of my great grandparents but Angela Direct me to the exact location. She was entirely helpful and charming. I would recommend Angela and the staff for anyway final needs.
I have had ,B.B. and C.J. to help me at my every need , at my sons gravesite...they have been sooooo helpful and understanding with me as I go through this grieving process, it has been 10 years and when they see me they still offer advice and encouragement...I thank them 🙏
