I've purchased a lot of vehicles for both personal & business and both Autonation and specifically Charles Campbell their GM have been one of the Best. I'm in NJ and have never purchased a vehicle outside of driving distance from me and Charles set my concerns at ease with excellent communication and amazing customer service. He listened to what I wanted and made it easy. I'm super excited to say I now own a beautiful GMC 2500 AT4X HD and I would proudly recommend Charles Campbell and the TN Autonation team to anyone in the country !!!! worked

The newly renovated Automation GMC is by far the best place for your car care needs. They have one of the largest parts department and the associate's Mr David and Mr Wayne are very professional and knowledgeable about all automotive makes and model. They also have a great sales team lead by Mr Charles Campbell

I was in for an oil change. It was done in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated. The tech even provided a video under my vehicle and informed me that I had an oil leak on the left side but did not provide any other information about the cause of the leak. I didn't get why the tech could not provide any info beyond that there was a leak.
