I went there thinking it was another dealership so I reprogrammed my GPS and it took me to a different dealership that told me the dealership that I'd left was indeed that dealership.
So I went back and now was late and confused because right in front of me stands a different dealership with the same address so imagine my confusion literally scratching my head.
However despite being a complete different car company but under the dealership umbrella I decided to get out my car and go in to resolve this issue.

Took two hours, all advisors was nice, had no complaints about the service that day, probably going to let another dealership do my service from now on, had nothing to do with service that day, another issue I had with truck , didn’t like the response or help I received when the infotainment system when black, had to call GMC relations team, easy fix, they said they didn’t have time , they were two weeks out, so I decided I wanted to move on
I've purchased a lot of vehicles for both personal & business and both Autonation and specifically Charles Campbell their GM have been one of the Best. I'm in NJ and have never purchased a vehicle outside of driving distance from me and Charles set my concerns at ease with excellent communication and amazing customer service. He listened to what I wanted and made it easy. I'm super excited to say I now own a beautiful GMC 2500 AT4X HD and I would proudly recommend Charles Campbell and the TN Autonation team to anyone in the country !!!! worked
