I tried the gym for a month, the staff rude. No kettlebells, they don’t offer any classes. No circuit training or jump ropes. Not even Battle ropes. They don’t even offer their members a free T shirt. Probably won’t renew.
Overall, it's not as up to date as the other locations I've visited. My only question is is there a moratorium on using the showers in the morning. On several reccent occasions, the staff has either locked all the showers or been told they are not to be used. I understand the frustration of having to clean the locker rooms constantly but shower availability is part of membership. I've never had this experience at the Southaven, the Lakeland, or the Collierville locations. Your input is welcomed.
idk if he the manager or not, however he need to start his day over fr. His attitude was giving piss poor. It felt like he was following is round bc when we first walked through the door It look like he was about to be on bs already. His energy was weird.
