I've been coming for 15+ years for various things and Dr. Frank has always helped. I've also sent many family members and friends here and they've all been more than satisfied. I've seen Dr. Orlando a few times as well and they are both kind, sensitive and very skilled providers of care. If you're unsure about trying acupuncture I highly recommend coming to see one of the Ly Brothers and giving it a chance.

After 4 trips to ER and 3 different doctors and many pain pills, the pain in my ear and mouth was still a 10. I was desperate to get rid of this pain that had me bed ridden, could not eat and could barely talk. My daughter called Dr Ly office and it was a miracle he had an appt in Memphis that afternoon. After 1 1/2 hour drive Dr Orlando diagnosis was Trigeinal Neuralgia. He assured me he could treat the root cause and not just try to cover the pain. He said 8 visits. 1 to 3 visits, pain was still a 10 but every 30 mins, 4 to 6 visit still 10 but less frequent. Monday after last visit 12 attacks all day, Tues 1 attack and Wed 1 attack. One month later and I am still pain free . I had never went to an acupuncture Dr before, didn't hurt and I would go back again. Pain Free and enjoying life Linda

Dr. Orlando is VERY knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. His staff is very friendly! I would highly recommend this group. I'm still newer to acupuncture but I am starting to feel better!!

I see both doctors to treat depression (which I never knew acupuncture could address.) The results have been dramatic and sustained. If you’re even thinking about it, I strongly recommend trying it for 2 months. You may be amazed as I was.

Best ever ….been going for over 12 years with Frank Ly in Memphis, has saved my eyesight, prolonged diabetic damages, helped friends get out of severe pain, helped emotional states due to PTSD and my OCD.
