James was on time and went right to work diagnosing the issues on my hot water heater. He was very helpful in answering my questions and recommending solutions. James and his co-worker then installed a new more efficient Rinnai tankless hot water heater. I am very pleased with their professionalism and work. Sincere appreciation fora job well done.

I can honestly say I have never in my 74 yrs. of life experienced the level of professionalism and kindness CONSISTENTLY from any organization. I have had occasion to encounter individuals from this company several times: several from office staff multiple times; several from service/installation staff, some multiple times; and even the owner a couple of occasions…consistently I have been treated like the most important customer they have! Patton does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it…everytime!!! I have a service contract with Patton and today was check up day. Marcus Franklin and Ryan Smith did a fantastic job once again! They were thorough, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Patton Plumbing, Heating and AC! I’m a customer for life!!
