Allevia custom built 9 computers for our 911 center. The computers were unique in the fact that they needed a video card to support 6 monitors. We had a minor glitch with Windows 11 and what appeared to be an application not running correctly. Allevia's team (Thomas, Morgan, Brian and others) stuck by the product until we were 100% in full operation. We greatly appreciate these guys and will continue using them in the future. The way you guys go above and beyond whenever possible just really takes a lot of anxiety off of me every time I call. You fix the problem every time someone has to come out and I have never had an issue remain unresolved for more than 24 - 48 hours.
