My experience with Green Heat and Air was outstanding! I contacted them via their web site because my heat pump was blowing cold air. Within 2 hours Mike was at my front. He was friendly and courteous, and quickly found and fixed the problem. When I suggested replacing the thermostat with a new smart one, he said we could do that, but that the one I have is working fine. So I’m keeping the old thermostat for now and saving a few $$$. And I felt the charge for the call was most reasonable. Who could ask for more??? Responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

My A/C unit went out on a Wednesday. Our family tried a few companies that said they may be able to get to us in a week or two. I called Green Heat and Air the next day. Within 45 minutes, they had someone at our house. Half an hour later, the issue was fixed, and we were charged a very fair price. Entire experience with Green Heat and Air was Excellent! It was great to work with Jeff Green who I found to be a no-nonsense businessman. We needed to replace our A/C Heat Pump and had several estimates, and Green Heat and Air was the only one that did not try to upsell us with add-ons. Jeff provided fair pricing and fast delivery of new unit, even having to get a unit out of Chattanooga in order to avoid delays in getting the equipment we needed. His entire crew were professional and respectful of our home, and paid attention to detail that resulted in a superior installation of the A/C system and duct work.
