We went under contract with Valiant homes in 10/2022, and after being strung along for almost 9 months, we decided to cancel our contract. We already had purchased a lot.We were told in March of 2023 that they were ready to begin construction. We sold our home, moved to Telico and entered a year lease, with the understanding we would be watching the construction of our home. By mid summer, still no permit, and realizing the Steve and Ryan were ignoring our calls, emails and texts, we were getting worried that this was not going to go well. RECENT CUSTOMER REVIEWThis is my 3rd new home and sorry to say it was a horrible decision to use this company. Home took just under 23 months from contract to moving into an unfinished home. We were told the build would start mid-May 2021 than they kept extending the time every two weeks until November 21 when the permit was finally submitted. We moved in the first week of November 2022. In May 2021 we had to come from Chicago to pick out the options for tile, flooring, etc. We had to do it again in January 2022 when cabinets changed, flooring, exterior brick none of which we wanted to change but had to and of course they all went up in price.Problems with build...read full review
