Americas best in Lebanon is second to none. My family and I received the best customer service by Rosie. She treated us as if we were her own family and took such great care of us. She was very thorough making sure the glasses fit correctly and were comfortable too. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I'm a difficult person to please especially after getting informed I need eye surgery. Kiana volunteered to see if she could improve my current glasses. She went way out of her way fixing my old glasses for no charge and was so nice doing it as the place was closing, I was shocked. Best customer service, I've received in 63 years. She is an outstanding employee.
After going to visionworks for years and doing research on this place, Americas best is definitely the best! The staff was very friendly & nice! They got us checked in quick and right to the appointment, even when me and my fiancé arrived early for appointment. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us an amazing deal on two pairs of glasses! There also is many more glasses frames to choose from unlike other places. I would definitely recommend 10/10!
