A few other places couldn't come until the next day, but I called Adams, and tech was here within an hour. This was last Monday when we had the snow and ice! I had no gas heat for days. Seaton was awesome and had the heat going in no time. It's refreshing to have a company that is trustworthy and is not trying to sell you something you don't need. Trust me, I've been taken advantage of, not knowing any better. Service call was half the price of what I got quoted elsewhere. 5 stars 🌟
Jason from Adams came out to help replace and install a new garbage disposal under the sink. Service was prompt and professional and Jason was conversational and explained what we could try going forward to avoid future problems. I could not be more pleased with the service. Thank you for helping me out this (and every other) time!
I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Nick came out on his lunch break to check on my unit. We have two children with autism, and it was 90 degrees in our house. He not only diagnosed the problem, he let me know the part he was replacing was under warranty and wouldn't cost me an extra penny. Before he left, he asked to check one more thing I didn't even notice was wrong. At no extra charge, he fixed the blower on my inside unit. It works better than the day it was installed. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just fixed the problem, then fixed a problem I didn't know I had, thanked me, and left. I wish I could give them 15 stars. HONEST. AFFORDABLE. RELIABLE. What more could you possibly want from a repair company? I literally sent a snap of their business card to everyone I know in the area, because we have all been getting robbed blind by the big HVAC companies.
