Shoddy work quality, won't honor warranty, refuses certified mail delivery, practically begs you to sue him instead of doing it right in the first place. The son is worse than the father. His these guys ever got a contractors license is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my fiancé put in an application for one of their properties and at the time they said they had no applications in so would be the first. We put in our application shortly after viewing the home. We get a call two days later from Mr. Butler saying they couldn’t rent the home to us because my fiancé had a charge on his background. My fiancé had advised Mr. Butler he has a paper signed from a judge saying the charge was dismissed and shouldn’t be on his record. These bums ruined the value of my home in Lake Forest. Where'd they built tiny shacks around it to bring down its value. La Vergne should be ashamed for letting the Butler's build these shacks around the neighborhood.
